Our Story

Founded in 2018, Koshri Express is more than just a food truck—it’s a labor of love, inspired by Grandma Madiha’s deep passion for sharing the heart and soul of Egyptian cuisine. What started as a small dream to bring the flavors of home to Canada quickly became a beloved part of the London, Ontario community.

In 2019, we took a leap of faith and launched our first food truck, bringing the warmth of Egyptian hospitality to the streets of London. From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: to serve authentic, homemade Egyptian dishes made with love, tradition, and the same care that Grandma Madiha poured into every meal she cooked for her family.

Today, Koshri Express stands as the first and only Egyptian food truck in London, proudly sharing the rich flavors of koshari, falafel, and more with our growing community. Each bite is a taste of Cairo’s bustling streets, a reminder of family gatherings, and a tribute to the recipes passed down through generations.
